Answer: 
There are 4 holes in it. There are two 90 degrees to the other two. Drill 2 holes for the orientation that works for your location. Install screws. Attach two wires 12 - 48VDC with a switch or tie into a reverse light circuit with a relay. Consider a fuse for safety.
