Rated 5 out of 5 by trucker input I bought this a week ago, I am a truck driver but this is in my 2000 Silverado and is bolted into the ceiling for convenience . I am also running dual whips specially made from a local cb/radio FCC specialist so I can really reach out to other drivers or the local FD s that I am on. I upgraded to a 20 watt fuse and have a radio wire ran from the back of the cobra into the new audio jack on my new CD player for added volume. Eventually I will add the pa system. October 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great compact radio I have a 1998 Chevy Silverado. The radio is above the A/C controls, and the cd player is below. I recently changed the radio for an aftermarket one, leaving the cd player slot open and useless. The Cobra 19 fit the slot perfectly with no wires showing. The radio itself is compact and simple to use. The range is not quite as far as upscale cb's, but still plenty far for most auto drivers. August 17, 2014
