I need a slower rpm in the old heater of my trailer. I can used the old control system to drop voltage at lower furnace temps.If you could help this would be great.

Answer: 
The 3 speeds for this motor are controlled by the wiring. They are all powered by 115VAC. The HP rating reduces as the speed reduces.
