What to control both directions of the winch. In otherwords, "On" will cause the winch motor to run in one direction and the other "On" will have the motor to run the motor in the other direction.

Answers

Answer: 
A standard Double Pole, Double Throw (DPDT) switch can be used to reverse a 12VDC motor by cross-wiring the terminals in the back using jumpers. This particular switch, 2X469 is a good choice for that application. Just be sure the amp ratings of the winch motor do not exceed the amp ratings of the switch contacts.
