Rated 1 out of 5 by Avoid!! Buy a Brady! Bought this gawd awful printer to save money (instead of a Brady) for wiring and equipment labeling. Box and on-line (through dealer) material said "Ez labels" so I bought a bunch of that type of label. Turns out the box should say "Some.. NOT all.. Ez labels" because it can't print past 1/2". Though I bought about 10 rolls of labels with this printer, about half wouldn't work. The dealer I bought them from took everything back after neither they (Markertek) nor I got ANY response from Brother other than "you should have read the manual". HOW am I supposed to read the manual on a product I was buying WITH the all the tape. Two BIG problems here: First, Brother should label the box so it clearly says "NOT compatible with all Ez tape", and the bigger problem is the company has ZERO response or knowledge in good customer service (they need to read "Raving Fan" by Ken Blanchard!). So Brother could have made money for years on selling me labels by resolving the printer issue, but chose to leave me "high & dry". Thanks for NOTHING Brother!! March 13, 2014
