The discription reads up to 2000 watts, but it is only good for 120 volts and 1000 watts. Is this correct, and if it is, why does the discription read 240 volt, 2000 watts???

Answer:
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following.

This heater is only rated for 1000 watts @ 120 volts. We do offer model number 5EFP7 that is rated for 1500 watts @ 120 volts. Both of these heaters are rated for dual voltage. The higher voltage produces higher wattage.
