Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by performs well and is a good value for the price. Original Thermador unit lasted 30 years. When it died I replaced it with a Broan unit which was disappointing in that it failed within just a year or so. I was hesitant to try another Broan unit, but the big box store salesman reported good results from his customers so I took a chance.I am happy to report that this unit was quick and easy to install, is performing well and reliably. It has exceeded my expectations and I am happy to recommend it to anyone in need of an electric bathroom heater. It is, in my opinion, a very good value.h g March 10, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Affordable but wonder about longevity Product exactly replaced the one I had. I am concerned about quality of these heaters. The Broan heater I replaced was just a few years old. Nutone bathroom heaters used to last 25+ years (based on experience with my parent's house built in 1963) - not any more. August 25, 2013

Answer:
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following.

There is no way to determine how much space a heater will cover as every space is different and has different heat loads/losses. To determine the proper capacity for a space you should have a load calculation performed. This will assure the unit will operate properly. You can call our HVAC tech team at 800-472-4643 with the room dimensions and we can offer a general btu calculation.
