Rated 2 out of 5 by Doesn't Put Out Much Heat We have this heater installed in a very small bathroom and it barely warms the room. The heat does not get pushed down but seems to stay at the ceiling. On top of that, it is now going off after only about 10 minutes and we have had it for only a little more than 2 years with limited use.I would not recommend it. Rated 4 out of 5 by performs well and is a good value for the price. Original Thermador unit lasted 30 years. When it died I replaced it with a Broan unit which was disappointing in that it failed within just a year or so. I was hesitant to try another Broan unit, but the big box store salesman reported good results from his customers so I took a chance.I am happy to report that this unit was quick and easy to install, is performing well and reliably. It has exceeded my expectations and I am happy to recommend it to anyone in need of an electric bathroom heater. It is, in my opinion, a very good value.h g March 10, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Affordable but wonder about longevity Product exactly replaced the one I had. I am concerned about quality of these heaters. The Broan heater I replaced was just a few years old. Nutone bathroom heaters used to last 25+ years (based on experience with my parent's house built in 1963) - not any more. August 25, 2013
