There is no way to determine how much space a heater will cover as every space is different and has different heat loads/losses. To determine the proper capacity for a space you should have a load calculation performed. This will assure the unit will operate properly. You can call our HVAC tech team at 800-472-4643 with the room dimensions and we can offer a general btu calculation.
