Is the picture for this item upside down?

Without the product being flipped 180 degrees, what forces the water out of the eye flush valves and/or drench hose?

Answer:
This picture is not upside down, 8-ft. drench hose with handheld squeeze valve. Stainless steel push handle activates 2 eyewash heads to rinse face and body. If you have additional questions on the use of this product please contact our customer service department at 1-800-Grainger.

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry. The picture of the Pressurized Eye/Face Wash Unit is showing in the correct postion, with the eyewash yoke assembly facing up. When activated by pushing on the handle, the water will flow from the eyewash sprayheads due to the pressurization of the unit. Air pressure equipment or supply (clean and free of oil contaminants) capable of up to 100 psi is required to pressurize once tank is filled with potable water. The pressure is what forces the water up and out of the sprayheads.
