Rated 3 out of 5 by Less than expected I was told by your salesperson at Home Depot that this product would be everything that I needed which was misleading because the drill burned up on me on the first use. When I contacted corporate about it, the salesperson was fired. May 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bosch - HD19-2 Great quality. Poor chuck key holder - broke right off the bat and have problems keeping track of the key. Drill is great - hammer drilled several hundred holes so far in concrete basement walls and wore out 5 bits, but drill works as good as the day I got it. Glad to see it was made in Russia (?!?) instead of China. Wish it was made in Germany or how about the good ole USA. The chuck is operating like it is a little worn but will disassemble and try to lube it. Very happy overall. October 17, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not Pro grade Homeowner type use. The switch seems to have melted down during basic homeowner use. Not really acceptable for a tool at this price point.  Was a pretty nice tool until it failed.  September 27, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Warranty repair needed I bought this to use for some concrete drilling and to to stir a few buckets of paint and grout. On my third use, it made a "pop" noise and began billowing smoke. I returned it to my local repair facility and waited three weeks for it to be repaired. Since its return, I have not had the opportunity to try it out yet. I don't believe I was pushing it too hard because I used to do the same tasks with a little 1/2" corded drill, without any problems. September 17, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by broke it on a pretty easy job. I have been to all major iprovement chains and they dont kow much about the poduct either. September 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product! This was my first hammer drill purchase so I don't have a lot of experience to come this with, but this product made quick work of my project. It cut through the concrete like it was wood and allowed me to hang shelves, install a work bench, and a few other tasks in my cider block work shop in now time. July 18, 2012
