Electric Tankless Water Heaters
Mount under sinks in any direction. Low-lead construction.
Meet National Appliance Energy Conservation Act. UL and C-UL Listed. Certified for use in potable water applications.
Note: Pay careful attention to unit selection. Temperature and volume of water are dependent on the kilowatt rating of heater. The higher the kilowatt rating, the greater the volume of hot water. Max. outlet temp.: 135°F. These heaters are not designed to be used as boosters or preheaters. Install without a temperature/pressure relief valve (refer to local codes) close to the faucet or tap to eliminate long pipe runs. 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet.

240 watts/ high and low settings.current tankless continues to plug from lime build up in heating tubes. I am on my 2nd unit in 7 yrs.need help in finding unit to last longer. Hot summers and cold winters. Thank u.

Hello,
To make your unit last longer, a water softener will help. If you cannot do that occational back wash with White Vinegar will reduce the calcuim build up..

depending on the space you have, you might consider a small 30 -20 Gal Tank type hot water heater.

Answer: 
This unit has a default temperature setting of 122 degrees which means the unit will not heat water higher than that temperature; however it will change based on the flow rate of the water passing through it. At a flow rate of .5 gallons per minute it will raise the incoming water up to an additional 90 degrees, at a rate of 1.5 GPM it will raise the temperature up to an additional 32 degrees, and at a flow rate of 4 GPM it will raise the temperature up to an additional 12 degrees.
