Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfection This sander is very nice. Hook and loop system is easy and changing discs is a snap. The variable speed feature is nice . The dust filter and box really does a good job. I couldn't believe how much dust came out of that filter.Excellent product. July 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best orbital Since I bought this orbital I've used the attachment for a dust free area and it worked very well. The variable speed on this sander is a good feature. May 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great sander! Bought this last year and I am still very happy with this unit. The adjustable speed control and ease of removing the filter to hook up to a shop vac is a plus. Also like that it is very comfortable to use. Keep up the good work Bosch!!! May 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Works Great I've always been one to hand sand my projects, but this time I decided to buy a sander. After reading the reviews of this Bosch, I decided to go with it. I have no regrets with my purchase other than wishing I'd bought one sooner. It does a great job and my arms are not warn out from the sanding. April 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great random Orbit Sander. I bought this several weeks back for use in my wood shop. Works great with very little dust. February 28, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by works very well So far have used it to sand between varnish coats and am very satisfied with it. My old sander would over rev if you took it of the surface you were sanding for even a second, leaving a mark where it touched back down . also it took forever to quit rotating after you turned the switch off. The Bosch is much better in this regard. Haven't used the dust filter as it was hooked to my shop vac. Wish that connection was a twist lock of sometime as I ended up taping vacuum hose to it as slip connection was kind of loose. also wish there was an 8 hole apaptor to use with Abranet disks as I had many of those on hand when my old sander died. Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid tool I bought this sander because I was fed up with my cheap quarter sheet sander and hand sanding was just too slow.  Overall I am pleased with the performance so far.  Construction quality has a solid look and feel and the tool has not faltered in the time I've used it.  The built in dust collection seems to work pretty well, although I found the integrated filter slightly frustrating when emptying.  The plastic case is good as well, although I would like to see it in the L-Boxx style like my other bosch tools.  I also found the integrated paper alignment tool only works if the sand paper is perfectly flat, other wise, the paper sticks before it is aligned.  As others have noted, it seems that light pressure is best, so proper grit selection is critical to effective use of this tool.  Noise levels are quite low and the vibrations are comfortable.  All in all, I would probably buy this one again if I had to buy another one.
