Rated 5 out of 5 by Can't be beat This thing is great for dragging around to different spots to keep your tools close to your work, and even for the casual home owner who needs to convert their garage into a workshop in short notice. Sets up quickly, all the accessories are conveniently stored on-board, and the thing has plenty of power for ripping through lumber. The fence is versatile and can accommodate wide stock. The table is pretty short front-to-back so deep/long cuts with a miter gauge are tough to accomplish, but the tool is intended to be portable so it's expected. August 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Greatest features portability with movable stand. Bought this saw to produce a grandfather clock including the gear movement. I intend to use this saw to cut gear teeth. I'm going to ask a great deal from a contractor's saw. The method to the align the fence with the blade could be improved - fine adjustment. Also, the miter gauge needs to be updated to include a work piece tie down and a few hole drilled to allow for the addition of a longer base. June 24, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by One major problem The saw itself is great. The major problem I had involves the saw blade that came with the saw. I tried one cut and it began burning the wood. Checked the instructions and checked the adjustments, still burned wood. Fought with this for several hours then decided to check the blade. I put on an old construction grade blade and no burning. I checked the blade that came with the saw and found that I could see daylight when I set a rule across the blade surface. It appears that the blade was warped. For a saw this expensive you would think that the blade would be good. May 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by great job saw! i have had mine for almost 10 years and it has held up. May 6, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great portable saw It is all around a great portable table saw and I wouldn't expect any better. Except for the miter gauge, which has a lot of slop so I don't use, but I plan on getting a better one which is no big deal and will make me have no complaints with this saw. April 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great addition to my workshop Very pleased with this saw and stand combo. Flawless operation thus far. I look forward to using it and the results impress. March 20, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Super saw The 4100 is a dream, cuts like butter with a good blade, super quite. The 40T blade that came with it is off by 10/1000. Doesn't sound like much but the vibration in the saw is audible. With an accurate blade it's almost silent.... February 27, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Better than expected FYI - I work for a different division of Bosch. I have owned this saw for about 5 years now and I am continually impressed with how well it works. I have owned a few other saws before this one, and had trouble with getting a true cut or keeping it true over time. With the Bosch I set the fence to what the indicator says, I don't bother double checking any more with my tape measure, and I let 'er rip. Perfect every time. The only complaints I have is the tires go flat after a few months and the handle gets scuffed up and eventually rusts from contacting the ground when folded. February 17, 2015
