Rated 5 out of 5 by Great rugged radio. I bought this radio but have problems listening inside my shop. My shop isAll metal and I have to place the the radio outside. Wish it would have a aTo hook up an external antenna. If you do install in future models maybe youCould install a kit on the model that I or others have. November 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bosch construction boom box I purchased this a month ago, and I am very pleased. Not only does it get good reception, it's very durableand has many other uses, such as phone charger, I can charge my batteriesfor my tools etc. September 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great product but....... I purchased this product because I have the older model and it's bullet proof so could only assume the newer model would be even more of a radio. Comparing it to my older model it's ok because of the card reader and USB but ... I find the older model is louder. It had a CD player which I use quite often and the main disadvantage of the newer model is that it doesn't come with a remote. Come on Bosch What's with that?? I love the remote feature. I do steel framing in condos and you don't ever know when owners or foreman will come to talk and it was great having the option of muting it or turning it down a couple notches without having to get down off my scaffold. Plus it's great to have the option of volume and song choice in your belt. So I would recommend highly that the newest model coming out will hAve a remote. Also a great feature will be Bluetooth compatible which will be a great feature due to not having to leaving your expensive device ex. Phone. Plugged in for giving it the opportunity to grow legs and run off. ;). One more thing. You should design a back pack like strap to easily carry to and from sites and suites. Makes it virtually feel like you are carrying nothing and still have both hands free. I designed the perfect prototype and already had to make about a dozen for friends so by taking the idea to your next model will save me the time Instead I can say go buy one ;). If you would like the blueprints feel free to follow and tweet me. @keith_parrell August 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by You Can't Go Wrong! I work in a shop that requires earplugs at all times. This radio is loud enough for me to hear clearly within a 15 foot radius. The usb drive is a big plus for me. ive got just under 1000 songs on it and the PB360S allows me to flip through the files and shuffle all of the music. I didn't think I would actually have a use for the outlets on the side but I have already needed them to power equipment at work. This radio would be a great purchase for anyone who needs music in their workplace. July 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by PB360S Good sound quality and excellent field durability. LCD screen will blacken out in high ambient heat as experienced here in the desert southwest but will return to normal when cooled down so avoid exposure to direct sunlight on hot summer days. Battery life is shorter than I had anticipated (will not last a full work day) so operation on AC power is recommended. July 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by box truck tough this thing is tough! it can take a drop and roll. and it can take the rattles and bumps in my big box truck! July 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Radio My daughter bought this radio for me after she heard me say "Darn I'm going to buy this for myself for Christmas." For fathers day my daughter surprised me with this gem. I tested it with an SD card, to see if it had any issues loading the music and playing it. It worked like a gem and played each song without any hitches. I also tried the radio to see if I would have issues with the reception (due to it's stubby antenna). Again the radio performed like a gem. The sound was pretty clear, and was audible from all 4 sides. The volume was sufficient for my needs (I mean it's a jobsite radio). It was nice, crisp and loud, but not too loud where I felt as if I was playing music at a block party. I love the little compartment for my ipod, iphone, etc. The compartment is well protected and the straps that hold the mp3 player actually do a good job in suspending and protecting it from bumps, etc. I rather play music from an SD card or a USB so it doesn't tie up my phone, mp3 player, etc. I like the ability to preset all of my favorite stations as well. Rated 5 out of 5 by What a boom box! This is a jewel of a radio. Excellent deep sounds, perfect accessory for the remote area jobs. Has all the bells and whistles needed to charge, blast music, connect as a power bar. Sturdy (dropped a 2 X 4 on it and did not even make a dent or skip a beat. Most definitely a great companion on the work site. July 26, 2014
