Answers

Answer: 
According to the manufacturer this product can be used for blood and other bodily fluids. However it does not have any disinfectant properties to it. It will only deoderize and congeal the fluid. The absorbent capacity is up to 100 times the weight of the powder.

Answer: 
Haven't tried it on blood yet. The amount used is determined by the spill you are trying to dry up. Most spills take about a cup.
