Rated 5 out of 5 Great Snowblower First time snowblower owner but glad I picked this product. Pull start option started first time every time. The plug in start is easier when at the house. Easy to navigate up and down the driveway. Used it only 4 times this season but with a driveway at 16ft wide and 385 ft long that really saved my back. April 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best decision I ever made I was finally able to afford to get a snow thrower and after doing my research and seeing what my friends and neighbors use, I picked the Ariens Deluxe 28+. I was not disappointed. In fact I am extremely satisfied with the ease of use and the great performance it gave me this past winter, It always started the first time with 1 pull of the starter. I wish I bought this years ago. April 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Do the job in less effort I am Canadien, I use it every 3 days this winter... Easy start, throw longer then expected. I push it so hard, one of the security bolt cut. I replace it in 5 min in winter of -25 cecius. Build to last... I finish the job easily. Thanks April 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best snowblower ever had! This is my third snowblower, but my first from Ariens. What a powerful machine! Never let me down and this year in Ottawa, Canada, we had one of the longest worst winters in recent memory! It is a bit noisy, so I try not to use it before 7:00 a.m. But that just shows the power to throw the snow right across the road!At 65, this might be the last one I will need for the next 10 years or more.Easy to operate too, especially for this old guy! Rated 5 out of 5 by Have a a Sno-Thro 921027 Fantastic machine. Can do up to 4 drives and an entire block of sidewalk on a tank of gas. Has started every time with electric start. Love the hand warmers. April 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by This is a good snowblower This is our first year and we used it many times. We have a very long driveway and it saved us tons of time instead of shoveling. It did great except for on the wet snow. The snow blower didn't do that well and was icing up where the snow shoot would constantly clog up. It comes with a hand shovel to scoop out the ice, but it was a bit of a hassle. Otherwise it did good on regular snow. Its pretty good on gas as we didn't have to fill it that many times this year which was nice. When we first started using it, some screws loosened up and got lost but we contacted customer service online and they were very helpful and sent us replacements, no questions asked, hassle free!Overall its a good product. We will be excited to use it again next year. April 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Better than the Toro it replaced I like this much better than the Toro it replaced. I think the headlight design is poor. It should be LED powered and it needs a hood or shroud to keep it from shining in the operator's eyes. I fashioned one from plastic and it did the trick. The engine is powerful and starts easily. I like the fact that it throws the snow further than my Toro. April 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by always ariens had a arien compact 24 for 8 years always started on two pulls. this year treated myself to the 28 deluxe we get tons of snow this unit laughed at it. April 15, 2014
