Compliance and Restrictions

Designed for comfort and dexterity while using knives, blades, and utensils in primarily dry food applications. Knitted variable-stitch design adjusts to the shape of the hand to reduce fatigue and enhance cut protection. Exclusive materials manage moisture and hand temperature in hot and cold environments for high levels of comfort as well as cut protection. These off-hand (left) gloves are designed with zonal plating and Dyneema® Diamond Technology. Dyneema® polyethylene fiber is superstrong, lightweight, extremely moisture/UV/chemical-resistant, and floats on water (Dyneema® is a registered trademark of DSM IP Assets B.V.).
