Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following: This thermometer uses RTD probes that meet specific standards, the recommended platinum (Pt) probes will meet 385, 3916, or 3926, 100Ω standards. Grainger does not currently offer these probes, but may be able to special order them, based on the style of the probe.
