1. I would like to know more details if what is the cfm air velocity when measured within the farthest part of enclosure against the fan?

2. Will this be effective if I will use it for filtering isopropyl alcohol fumes blown by a compressed air of 75psi during cleaning a work piece?

Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following, the face velocity of this filtering unit is 100 fpm.
The manufacturer was able to state that the face velocity measurement (100 fpm) is taken at the front (or face) of the fume hood, this is the farthest point from the fan.
For use with filtering vapors from isopropyl alcohol the organic vapor filter will need to be purchased and installed into the unit. The organic vapors filter is Grainger part number 5UKC1.
When asked about the 75 psi application, the manufacturer/supplier felt the filter would not be compromised in ability to effectively be used to capture the isopropyl alcohol vapors in your application.

ipa fumes are ok but 75 psi might be too powerful if directed outward.

Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier we and have been advised by them of the following: this unit cannot be wall mounted. It is designed to sit on a counter to provide adequate air flow.

Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them that their GP Plus! filter would filter propylene oxide and xylene. However, In order to determine which filter would be appropriate for Embed 812/DDSA/araldite502/BDMA, they would need it's MSDS. Please contact our Technical Support department or the manufacturer, Air Science, for further information.
