It’s only a 200 pair pack like all the others, but this one is described as being a 400 pack, where the others are a true 200 pack of 200 pairs. They sell the other 3Ms with higher dB for cheaper??? Last time I buy these ones… I’ll stick to the better 33dB 3GY48 for $5 cheaper. September 26, 2012

Answer: 
It's 200 individual pairs in Poly bags. Not 400 Pairs. The other items marked as 200 pack are actually 200 pairs, where this item maked as 400 pack is only 200 pairs. So it's not the "Bargin" it looks like...
