QWhat are eQuotes? AeQuotes allow customers to receive price quotations directly on their Grainger.com account or on their procurement system. Customers can quickly receive their quotes for Grainger products and conveniently order from an online quote.
QHow soon will my quote appear on Grainger.com or ePro punchout after my request? AWithin 24 hours after your quote request is processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your quote is available online. The email will contain a link to Grainger.com where you can sign-in to view and turn your quote into an order. For ePro customers, you can access the quote directly from your Grainger Punchout Account.
QDo I have to be registered on Grainger.com to access my quote online? AYes. If you are already registered on Grainger.com and logged in, you can easily access eQuotes from your account ribbon. If you are not already a registered user, you can visit Grainger.com and register to take advantage of all great features such as eQuotes.
QDo I need to be a Grainger.com registered account member to request a quote? ANo. You can request a quote by calling any Grainger branch at 1-800-GRAINGER or by contacting your Account Manager.
QHow do I share my quote with others within my organization? AAll Grainger.com registered users on your customer account will be able to view and purchase from active quotes. For ePro customers, all users accessing the Grainger Punchout will be able to view and purchase from active quotes.

If you would like to share the quote with a non-registered user, you can print the quote directly from Grainger.com.
QCan I request, modify or change my quote request online? ANot at this time. To modify or update your quote request, please contact your local branch by dialing
1-800-GRAINGER or contacting your Account Manager.
QHow will I know when my quote or specific quoted products will expire? AAll eQuote available online include an expiration date. If you are viewing a listing of quotes, then the expiration field will reference when the entire quote expires. If you are viewing the detailed individual quote, the expiration date refers to that quoted product only.
QWill I be able to reorder from my quote? AYes. Customers can re-order quoted items as often as they like until the quoted product expires. Also, these products can be added to your personal shopping lists or set-up for Auto-Reorder.
QCan I purchase quoted items at the same time as other items I added to my shopping cart? AYes. After adding the products from an eQuote to the shopping cart, customers can add additional products and complete their purchase.
