Grainger does stock a line of DC to DC converters. Item number 3TA33 would work with your voltages, but unfortunately falls short of your load with a 2.5 amp rating.

They probably meant to give you our 4Z527. That item is intended to only control speed on some DC motors. Your 3 phase motor can be speed controlled by using a Variable Frequency Drive. If you enter variable frequency drive into the search box on our site, you will get several options.
