Answer:
Hello Rock,
To answer this we would need more information, like what will the probe be installed in, max & minimum temperature expected. size of the connection. Start looking on page 812 like a 4PRU1 that should get you started. You can also go on line to speak with a represenative, this should help. Thanks for using Grainger Ask & Answer!

I need to run a new supply line across rocky steep terrain at 4300 ft elevation. A friend suggested an above ground install using thermal heat wrap to help avoid freezing. Do you sell such a product? If so, please provide specs and cost.

faucet repair

I have an outside commercial faucet that uses a key to turn on. It's valve stem is stripped out and will no longer shut of the water. I'm wondering if I could just get replacement parts from some where.

For goodness sakes, buy a new faucet/hose bib! You will spend more time and money searching for a replacement that probably won't fit than it is worth. Check out the Grainger catalog. They will have what you need

Hello,
You can use a 3 way ball valve with an "L" port configuration. In a 3/4 "L"pattern configuration use a 1PZA2.

I hope this answers your question, thanks for using Grainger Ask & Answer!

Answer:
I don't believe there's anything on the market just exactly like what you want. In lieu of that sort of valve, you could run the pipe to a tee, and install a valve on each run from the tee. That way you could leave each closed till you needed gas in that direction and then turn that valve on, leaving the other closed.

Answer:
Careyle1, your question is a little too vague for a very specific answer. I'd need to know what type of floor you have and what type of piping the rest of the drain system is composed of. IF you'd care to contact me at my email address, I'll try to help you there.

We carry 1/4" galvanized pipe nipples up to 12" in the plumbing section of our catalog. Please look at our 6P762, 6P767 and 6P768. We do not have the 1/4" X 36" size in our product offering at this time.

Answer:
Having no idea where you live or whether or not there is a Tractor Supply Store anywhere near you, that's where I would suggest you go look for this pipe. The 4", 9", and 10" are called nipples, while the 36" will have to be cut and threaded on the cut end, or you could make it up of 3 - 12" pieces with couplings in between. If no Tractor Supply Stores near you, look for a Menard's or Home Depot, they should also carry these fittings. Good luck.

The 1VTU2 can cut steel and stainless steel tubing up to 1-1/8". For threading, we have a ratcheting threader. The 3AFP4 is the ratchet and handle. The 4NV24 is the 1/2" NPT die head.
