Do you have an outlet with an "on timer?"

I have a 7kw diesel generator. I had to replace the radiator. To make sure the unit doesn't overheat I am setting up both a 12v auto radiator fan turned on by a temperature controlled switch and a regular fan that runs on 120v AC house current coming directly off the generator.

The 120v AC fan will provide the main cooling. The 12v temperature fan will come on if the temperature gets too high.

I would like to have the 120v fan turn on automatically once the generator has had 15 minutes to warm up. It will stay on as long as the generator is operating. Do you have a 120v AC electrical outlet with a simple "on timer?"
