Answer:
Regarding an industrial roll-type mat for use in a greasy environment, some possible options for you would be items E4083 (2 feet wide), E4084 (3 feet wide) or E4085 (four feet wide). These are standard widths that can be custom -made to up to 40 feet long. The thickness for each mat is 1/2 inch.

Grainger has contacted the product supplier and have been advised by them of the following:

We have several mats that are meant for kitchen type applications. Search on Grainger.com under "food mats" or "grease resistant mats." You'll find several options.

I'm looking for a mat to be used in a clinical laboratory. While some of the staff will be standing on it, others have mobility issues and are concerned about the mat allowing stools to slip, or having the mat bunch up.

Answer:
Anti-fatigue mats are designed for foot traffic only. They are not designed to be rolled over by equipment or to have stools or other equipment sitting on them. We do have several options which may work for you but we would need to know what chemicals you are working with to find the appropriate material for the mat construction. You can call 1-800-Grainger and speak with a technician or you can email safetysupport@grainger.com

They are linked together so we can watch results on a TV monitor. We have computer wires between and among them. We need to keep the ergs from moving on the cement floor, and we need some kind of covering over the wires so kids do not step on them and rip them out. Any ideas?
