Lubricants

Protect moving parts by sealing out dirt and moisture or prevent corrosion with industrial lubricants from Grainger. Heavy duty greases rated for your machine operating needs keep joints moving without adding damaging friction and heat. Help smaller, more delicate moving parts stay un-stuck with a penetrating lubricant spray including silicone, graphite and oil types. Use a lubricant like a corrosion inhibitor to stave off decay from rust and corrosive elements, prime, clean and protect susceptible metal parts.

Answer:
The leaf Springs need to be dis-assembled and gasketed to permanently remove squeaking. A heavier lube weight will last longer than your current fix.

Answer:
Any dry film silicon would be ideal. It doesn't dry, but instead turns into a dry film. It won't run or drip, so you don't have to worry about customers getting lubricant on their hands when changing weight levels on the machines.

A commercial entry gate? Specifically, the gate chain - it is around 20-25 feet long and are used constantly. I've heard grease - that you could apply with a rag - I've also heard and typically use a spray lube like WD-40 or PB blaster, etc. What is the best type of spray to keep it lubricated and resist rust?
