Yes you can use the 440V for replace a 370V, as long are the same MFD. there is not any problem and is safe, but never use the 370V for replace a 440V.

Yes. As long as the MFD (microfarad) are the same. You can take a higher rated VAC (voltage alternating current) capacitor and use it in a lower application.

I need more information, but you probably are looking for a 9000btu window unit with heat, its AC and heat in one unit. Call Grainger they have this unit. They will also may ask you what volt you have there 115V, 208V, 230V.

On your condenser unit, it's the one out side, if you open the electric cover, is in the corner of your unit. Inside there is printed your electrical Blueprint, look there it will show you where are the contacts points.

You need the Gun, Grainger Item # 1GDL7 and the Cartridges, Grainger Item # 1GDL8. Good product, I'm using it for 5 years, you only buy the guy one time, then just the cartridges, they have CO2 with high pressure to blow the clog away, if the pan is dry put little bit water first, that help to push the clog. it came with a short hose and adaptors.
