USACE has an outline in the 385-1-1 with a specific inventory
OSHA has a recommended first aid kit content list for both construction and general industry.
Other clients such as BP/Conoco Phillips/Arco and others have specific inventory in thier safety requirements.
If this is for your home or family. check with your homeowners/renters insurance. They also have specific requirements.
I could list items for you but it really should be purpose built so go to the people making the requirement and ask them. That way you can't go wrong if you follow the guidance given
