We need an extension cord that would be suitable for our lab fridge that is NOT a right angle plug-in end. We have two we want to plug in the same socket, but it is not possible as they are both right angle. We need to have one that can be adapted or plugged into an extension cord that will allow for them to be in the same socket. Fridge needs 15AMP max

Answer: 
You need to add the needed recepticles for your application. Refridgerators should (and aren't allowed by Fire Marshall) to be used with ext cords or power strips. This goes for all appliances.

An installer had a yellow extension cord with a quad box at the end. He plugged a sander or saw into a single receptacle of the quad box and a vacuum into one of the duplex outlets. When he triggered either hand tool, the vac was switched on. Does Grainger sell such a controller box extension cord? If not, do you know of a company that might manufacture such a device?

At this time Grainger does not carry an adaptor that will allow you to connect a NEMA 5-20P Male Plug into a NEMA 5-15R Female Receptacle outlet.
