I have four exhaust vents in my triple wide mobile home that exit through the roof. Two bathrooms, a laundry room, and over the stove. The current exhausts allow hot/cool air to come into the home when vent is not turned on. Do you have venting that when turned off have baffles that stop hot/cool air from coming in?

Answers

Answer:
Stacey,
You need an exhaust fan, very small exhaust fan, because the building is small 9' x 9' It will be a good idea to have a thermostat to turn "on" the exhaust fan when the room is too warm, maybe over 80f. Look for an exhaust fan bathroom, like 80 cfm or 100 cfm. Get insulation for the roof, so the building doesn't get too warm or cold, the freezer can't work with a very hot 95f or cold 55f temperature. Grainger catalog has exhaust bathrooms or look for one small.

Answer:
I need more information to answer your question, you most probably don't need explosion proof, but I need more information to help you. Call your local city building code inspector he will help you. You may need: -A 0.6 cfm/ft2 calculate ft area floor, multiply by 0.6. -B use 6 minutes changes, calculate the volume of the room ft3, divide by 6, that's will be the cfm. Take the bigger one (A or B)
