it's called a canvas connector. Go to your local sheetmetal shop and they will make it to size for you.

Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following. There are plastic deflectors that can be used to direct the air flow called air diverters. Though we do not currently have these at Grainger they are readily available. Thank you for using Grainger Ask and Answer.
