Couplings, Collars, and Adapters

Grainger carries a diverse supply of couplings, collars and adapters, all of which enable devices to properly work together. For instance, a shaft coupling can both deliver and disconnect power to help separate machines, improve flexibility and reduce shocks and overloads. Universal joints can promote movement in rigid rods and enable rotary motion to be transmitted. Use a motion control coupler to help transfer torque between moving parts and effectively reduce backlash. When you're in need of couplings, collars and adapters, come to Grainger first.

I am connecting a flange to my GEO Tracker flywheel. The flange must have a(n) 1.125" internal diameter at the max diameter of the 18 points to connect to my 1.125" diameter, 18 point splined, 1 1/2" long, Toyota Electric motor output shaft, capable of producing up to > or = to 48 horsepower. I have almost given up on finding this adaptor, so I don't know how many #6, I think# holes, or the spacing #3" +/-#. I'm trying to avoid a custom part expense, as this is a DIY project on a shoe string project. The Toyota motor #14110-21560-71 motor came from a wrecked heavy duty forklift drive. I have the electric controllers, the motor mounts, batteries, LED lighting. All I'm down to is the final bell housing adaptor which is dependent upon the kind and length of the output shaft, thank you, Jon.
