When exiting a building with number twelve or fourteen Romex and then sleeving the Romex with PVC or EMT, there used to be a cover plate known as a "sill plate" that took the role of covering the transition coming out of the building. It did away with the need for an LB or pulling ell. Are there still made or has the NEC stopped their use?

The conduit fittings are sold individually. Items can be purchased in box quantities as well. Please contact Grainger customer service with an item number for box quantity amounts.

I'm trying to remember the name of the part that connects to two pieces of conduit which are at a 90 degree angle to each other, which has a cover on it and allows for pulling the wires through in one direction and then turning them in the other direction.
