Answer:
Hello,
Look at a 1P521, that is a Little Giant 2E-NDVR it is a open air or submersible pump with 3/8" inlet and 1/4" outlet. If that is kind of what you need there are also others on Page 3875. I hope this answers your question. Thanks for using Grainger Ask & Answer.

Answer:
I’m sorry, but there is not enough information to be able to answer your question. Not all pumps come with an automatic pressure switch or an automatic cut-off switch. At your convenience please contact us at 1-800-GRAINGER and we will be happy to assist you with your system.

The stainless steel tri-clamp centrifugal pump is required to circulate purified water through a 1" diameter stainless steel pipe with 2 x 0.2 micron menbrane 10" filters, 2 x de-ionized tanks, 2x UV systems at a flowrate of at least 35 liter per minute (approximately 10 gallons per minute).

We are currently using 480 V, 2 hp, 3400 rpm with 3.5 diameter impeller, but it is generated only 20 psi and flowrate is less than 20 liter per minute.

Answer:
Hello,
The only thing like that in the catalog is a 3PET5 it has 3/4" hose barbs, 12 Volt pumps like that are not too comon. Grainger does have an engine driven pump in 1" ports. A 6CGG9 that is what Grainger offeres in this size.
Thanks for usning Grainger Ask & Answer!

1) I will be pumping water from a 250-gallon reservoir tank to a 30-gallon pressure tank and then into a 1-bedroom house. What size centrifugal pump would I need for this use?

2) This will be pumping filtered creek water. Will the minimal debris or minerals in the creek water be a threat to the integrity of a centrifugal pump?

Answers

Answer:
Typically for that type of application with a 250 gallon reservoir tank whether suction lift is required or being gravity feed a jet pump would meet the need to a home of that size. The Dayton shallow well jet pumps (Models 1D880 and 1D881) are designed for use where the suction lift is 25 feet or less. They can be used with drilled (cased wells), dug wells, driven wells or with cisterns or lakes. The pump is equipped with a cast iron pump body and motor mounting bracket and utilizes a non-corrosive thermoplastic impeller and diffuser. The motor is dual voltage (115/230V) capacitor start. Pressure switch is factory preset at 30-50 psi.
