I have a Dayton Blower 5NRC blower with a Dayton motor 3LU79J,
1/3 HP, 115 volt, Frame 48yz, 1075 rpm that is producing too much flow even on low speed.

Do you have an ECM motor that I can replace existing motor with that will have a couple of really low speed selections? I'd prefer three speeds, but would be nice if these three speeds could be adjusted when I set it up.

Answers

Answer:
We do not offer a ECM motor that has selectable speeds. The ECM motors we offer would require a control like you would find in a furnace to control the speed range. You may be able to use the smaller 4KA40 motor which will offer lower rpm with your blower. You may want to call HVAC tech support if you have more detailed questions at

Hello. I have a old discontinued Virginian model 101 wood stove. It sits on my fireplace ledge with the rear of it just inside the fireplace itself.
I need to find a replacement blower capable of:
1) withstanding 400+ Fahrenheit air intake.
2) thermally protected meaning it will shut off instead of burning up.
3) able to adjust its speed with a dial or something
4) big flange on the blower out put so i can drill new holes to fit my rare wood stove.

Any and all help with this is so very much appreciated! this has been a hard one to find.. even the guys at my local grainger were stumped.

Thanks Again!!
