| | In June 2005, I will celebrate 19 years at Grainger. I came to the company right out of college and have never felt the need to look elsewhere because Grainger continually offers me new challenges and career options. I have gained experience in a variety of areas throughout the company. I started as a trainee in New Jersey and wore many hats at a branch, from cleaning the facility to managing warehouse operations and supplier relationships. Most recently, I moved from Grainger's online channel to work on the Market Planning team.
