Buy Online, Pick Up At Your Local Branch
Save time when you order online with the convenient Will Call feature! Place your order online and pick it up at the Grainger branch you select. With hundreds of branch locations nationwide, there's a Grainger branch within 20 minutes of most businesses. You can either pay with a credit card, use your online account, or pay for your purchase when you pick it up at the branch.
Activating Will Call
- Edit Delivery Info on the Checkout page and select the "Will Call" option
- The default Grainger branch appears. If
you do not have a default branch, or wish to change the branch, you may change it here - Select the first checkbox to make Will Call your default delivery method
- Select the second checkbox to make the selected branch your default pickup location
- Click "Save" to update your information and to review your Payment/Billing information
- The cash payment option is available once you've selected the Will Call delivery method
