If you have items that you order on a regular basis, you'll want to create
online Personal Lists. Use your Personal Lists not only to keep a record of products
you purchase frequently, but also to easily order items
with the click of a button.
Check out the timesaving features of Personal Lists. Learn
how to create a Personal List and then access
your list(s) again.

- Manage your list. Add or delete entries, sort lists, combine lists,
create new titles - it's your choice.
- Order directly from your list. Just click "Add to Order" next to any
item on your list.
Then check out and you're done!
- Create as many lists as you need. For example, you could have lists
for "Tools,"
"Maintenance," "Lighting" and more.
- Share your lists. You can choose to have other people on your account
view and order from your Personal Lists.
To create a Personal List, you can either select items from within the site
or enter a new list on the Create a New Personal List page.
NOTE: You MUST be logged in to create or
access a Personal List.
Select Items
- Select your items from the following sections of our site:
- Order Form
- Item Detail Page
- Bulk Order Pad

- Search Results
- Suggested Lists
- Order History

Then, click on the Add to Personal List button.
- Type a name for your list and click Add to List. This brings up your
new Personal List.
- As you order or search, click the Add to Personal List button to add
additional items to your list.
Enter a new list on the Create a New Personal List
page
- To access the Create a New Personal List page:
Log In > Personal Lists > Create a new Personal List.
- Name your Personal List.
- To enter the data for your new Personal List, you can either Type It In
or Copy & Paste:
- For Type It In, enter the quantities and Grainger Item #s in the entry
fields.
- For Copy & Paste, copy the quantities and Grainger Item #s from
your file, and then paste the data into the input box. For Copy & Paste Help,

NOTE: To use Copy & Paste, your entry
must have only one item per line, and there must be a tab, space, or comma (or
any combination of these) between the Grainger Item # and the quantity. You can
copy and paste up to 60 items.
- Click the Add to Personal List button.

Next time you want to order, log in and click on the Personal Lists
link.

a Personal List |
|
To add to a Personal List, you can either type in the items, Copy & Paste
or select items from within the site.
- Type in the items
- Log in from anywhere on the site and click Personal Lists under Your
Account.
- Click the View & Modify button of the list you want to add to.
- Enter the quantity and item # and then click Add to List.
- Copy & Paste items
- Log in from anywhere on the site and click Personal Lists under Your
Account.
- Click the View & Modify button of the list you want to add to.
- Click Show more entry fields (which is to the right of the Add
to List button).
- Copy the quantities and Grainger Item #s from your file, and the paste the
data into the input box. For Copy & Paste Help, click on Learn

Save time by keeping your Personal List up-to-date!
- Log in from anywhere on the site and click Personal Lists under Your
Account.
- Click the View & Modify button of the list you want to delete from.
- Select the item you want to delete and then click the Remove button
.
