
Store your user ID and password on grainger.com and
protect your online account information by using the Remember my login feature.
You can view your pricing, access Personal Lists, Order History and Order Status,
and complete Express Checkout without entering your user ID or password. As an
added security benefit, you are prompted for your password once per visit
to access sensitive information such as Account Administration, your contact,
payment and delivery information, and regular checkout.
If you are automatically logged in when you visit grainger.com today, you will
be immediately recognized as a Remember my login user.
How do I activate Remember my login on my computer?
Simply complete the user ID and password fields and select the Remember my login checkbox in the
Log In area of the site to enable Remember my login:
How does Remember my login work?
Once you have enabled the Remember my login feature on your computer,
your user ID and password will be remembered each time you return to grainger.com.
You will be able to view your pricing, access your Personal Lists, Order Status,
Order History, and complete Express Checkout without entering your user ID or
password. Please note: Using Remember my login is not recommended if you
share a computer with others.
How does this feature help protect my online account information?
You will be prompted for your password once per visit either during the regular
checkout process or when accessing sensitive account information such as Account
Administration, or your contact, payment and delivery information.
How can I turn off Remember my login?
If you have enabled Remember my login, the feature will be automatically
disabled if you click the Logout button or if the cookies
are deleted from your computer. If you wish to enable the feature again, simply
select the Remember my login checkbox the next time you log in to
the site.
