You can access the new Item History (and standard Order History) from the login box on any page. You can also access both from the Your Account main page, once you log in. You can also select whether to display purchases by items or by orders within either section.

Introducing Item History

Now there is a new way to view your purchasing history: Item History lets you view all items that have been purchased online within the past two years and find previously purchased items faster and more easily.

Item History Features

• View a comprehensive list of items purchased online within the past two years. Includes pictures, last purchase date, last purchase quantity and last price paid
• Sort the items by Product Category
• Choose either a Gallery (see below) or List format to view your items
• Use a printer-friendly format to print any page within Item History

Order History Features

• View a comprehensive list of orders placed online within the past two years.
• Search for orders containing a particular item number
• Sort by any column
• Add previously purchased items to an order or a personal list
• View item details, with product image

Users may view each other's Item & Order History.
Full Rights Users may allow other users on the account to see each other's purchasing history. Simply log in and go to the Account Defaults page and establish viewing privileges for your account.

Choose from these options:

• Users on an account may view only their own Item & Order History (default)
• Full Rights Users may view Item & Order History for any user on an account
• All users may view Item & Order History for any user on an account

Note: Item History & Order History displays all your online purchases within the past two years. (Online history will not reflect orders placed over the phone or at your local branch.)
