Item and Order History

Once signed in, you can access Item and Order History from Account Preferences anywhere on the site. After viewing your history, you can switch between item and order history screens.

Item History

Item History lets you view all items purchased online within the past two years and find previously purchased items faster and more easily.

Features:

• View a comprehensive list of items purchased online within the past two years
• Search using keywords or specific item numbers
• Includes product images, last purchase date/quantity and last price paid
• Sort items in history by product category
• View items in Gallery View or List View
• Use printer-friendly format to print any Item History page

Order History

Order History lets you view all orders purchased online within the past two years, as well as review details and status of those orders.

Features:

• View a comprehensive list of orders placed online within the past two years
• Search for orders containing specific item numbers or keywords
• Sort by any column
• Add previously purchased items to an order or personal list
• View item details, complete with product image

View Other Purchases Made On Your Account

Full Rights users may allow other users on the account to see each other's purchasing history.

To establish viewing privileges for your account, sign in and go to Your Account. Under Account Administration, click Account Defaults.

Then choose among these options:

• Allow users to view only their own Item & Order History (default)
• Allow Full Rights users to view Item & Order History for any user on an account
• Allow all users to view Item & Order History for any user on an account

Note: Item History & Order History displays all your online purchases within the past two years.
(Online history will not reflect orders placed over the phone or at your local branch.)
