- Modify delivery and payment information
- Add, remove or change item quantities
- Make all order edits on one page
- Apply a payment method from their own profile to a pending order

Approval Process
If a user attempts to checkout with an order total above his spend limit,
he must submit his order to a user with approval rights. |

The selected approver is notified via e-mail about
the pending order. |

The approver can edit any information
on the order such as delivery and payment information or add, remove or change
quantities of items on an order. |

Depending on the user’s approval limit, the user
will approve, deny or forward the order. |

The user who created the order is notified via email
if the order was approved, forwarded, or denied. |

| Approved orders: |

The approver can click "Continue"
to update availability and total cost on the pending order. |

If approved, the order is automatically submitted
to Grainger for processing. |

| Forwarded orders: |
| • |
If forwarded, the order
is sent to another selected user to take action on the order. The selected user
is notified via email about the pending order that requires action. |

An order can be forwarded a maximum of four times. |

The forwarding history is displayed under the Previous
Actions Taken on this Order section. |

| Denied orders: |

If denied, the order will not be processed by Grainger. |

After an order is denied, the user who created the
order is notified via email. |

Activate OMS

Only a Full Rights User* can activate the Order Management System. To activate
OMS, follow these simple steps:
- Log in
- Select ‘Your Account’
- Scroll down to the Account Administration section and click on the ‘Account
Defaults’ page.
- Look for the ‘Set up online Order Management System’ question
and select “Yes”. You will then be guided to the Account Administration
page to establish settings for each user on the account.
