• Set up an approval process for orders that exceed your specified dollar limits
• Modify delivery and payment information on orders submitted for approval
• Add, remove or change item quantities on orders submitted for approval
• Apply a payment method from your profile to a pending order

Activate OMS
You must be a Full Rights User* to activate the Order Management System. To determine whether you are a Full Rights or Limited Rights user, log in and go to Account Administration.
To activate OMS:
• Log in
• Select Your Account
• Click Account Administration
• Click Account Defaults
• Respond "Yes" to the Set up online Order
Management System question. You will be
guided to the Account Administration page to
establish settings for each user on the account.

Overview of OMS
Spend & Approval Limits
Full Rights users determine which users submit and approve orders, and can set spending and approval limits for each account user. Additionally, Full Rights users can assign default approvers to each person on the account. |
Approval Process
If a user attempts to checkout with an order total above his spend limit, he must submit his order to a user with approval rights. The approval user can then edit, approve, deny or forward the order. The user who originated the order will be notified of the order status via email. |
