Copy item numbers and quantities from your files into an Order Form or Personal List

How to copy and paste

It's easy to copy lists of Grainger item numbers and quantities from word processing documents, spreadsheets, e-mails, and purchasing systems and paste them into an Order Form or Personal List.

1. On the home page, click on the Copy & Paste tab.
2. Copy the item numbers and quantities from your program and paste them into the box.
3. Click Add to Order.

1. Click on Bulk Order Pad on the homepage.
2. Copy the item numbers and quantities from your program and paste them into the box.
3. Click Add to Order.

Save frequently ordered items in a Personal List

Add your favorite items to a Personal List by clicking on the Add to Personal List button on the Bulk Order Pad. Or, go to Your Account, click on Personal Lists, then Create New Personal List. Find out more about Personal Lists.
