Before placing an order with Grainger Panama, S.A., the customer needs to complete and sign a customer registration form, which includes an affidavit by which the customer confirms to Grainger Panama, S.A. that he/she is not an end consumer as it is defined on Executive Decree No. 26 of July 12, 2007 which rules the law 5 of January 11, 2007. None of the products that Grainger Panama, S.A. sells shall be bought for personal use. These products should only be used to provide services to third parties and/or used for commercial, institutional, governmental, or charity purposes.
In the case that the customer is a company established in Panama, the customer registration form must be signed by the legal representative or another person properly authorized by the company’s board of directors, and must include a copy of the company’s social pact, the certificate of operation, and a copy of the identification of the company’s legal representative.
If the customer does not comply with the documents described above, Grainger Panama, S.A. will not be able to receive or process his/her orders.
