  Invite a new user to register on your account

Invite a New User to Register on Your Account
Full Rights Users can quickly and easily invite a new user to register on their account. This expedites the registration process for the new user.

To invite a new user, follow these simple steps:

Log in at the top left-hand side of any page.

Go to Your Account > Account Administration > User Maintenance.

Enter the e-mail address and assign user rights for the new user.

Click Invite New User.

The new user will receive an e-mail from Grainger.com containing a unique link to register to your account.

Once the new user finishes registering, a courtesy e-mail will be sent to the Full Rights User to confirm the registration information.

NOTE: On the User Maintenance page, you can also modify contact information: Select the user from the drop down box located below your Account Number and update the contact's address information.
