Working directly with end users to identify Grainger products
This includes working off purchase requisitions/orders to cross-reference items, and/or coordinating Grainger resources to identify Grainger catalog product solutions for customers.

Placing customer orders directly into Grainger’s system

Sourcing Non-Grainger catalog MRO products
Working directly with end users or working off purchase requisitions/orders to identify Non-Grainger catalog MRO products. Your Specialist will submit requests to the Grainger Sourcing Department for price/availability information and obtain customer approval.

Providing dedicated customer service
Activities as needed for inquiries regarding invoicing, product returns, and order expediting. We will facilitate catalog product technical support, if needed.

Putting products in their proper place
Upon customer receipt of Grainger shipments, our specialist will transport and put products away in customer-designated storage areas.
