 Except for the uses set forth herein, Linker shall not utilize the Grainger name nor its relationship with Grainger for purposes of or in any manner which intentionally gives rise to advertising or publicity, unless Grainger shall consent to such use in writing prior to publication.
 Regardless of the foregoing, Grainger reserves the right to rescind this consent with or without cause at any time. In such event, Linker shall remove its link to the Grainger Web site within 24 hours of receipt of notice from Grainger.
