Senior Leadership Commitment
Grainger launched diversity accountabilities for executive leadership in 2006. Our objective is to create high performing work teams that fully represent the diversity of our environment and marketplace. Through this plan, we are creating a culture that embraces diversity by increasing diversity representation across the organization. The plan is a balanced approach of recruiting, retention, and internal development of talent.
Here is our achievement thus far:
- Launched Diversity Improvement Plan
- Increased diverse representation at the Officer level by over 100%
- Developed a company-wide Diversity Measurement Plan
