All models (except Nos. 2P095, 4RL03, and 4RL04) include low-voltage safety switch with polypropylene float that can be wired to cut off air conditioners or other low-voltage circuits in case of malfunction. Safety switch should be connected to a Class II low-voltage safety device. Switch has 3 terminals marked COMMON, NO, and NC. Connect NO terminal to turn off electrical equipment in case of overflow; connect NC terminal to activate an alarm bell or buzzer.

To remove condensation in high-efficiency gas furnaces and air conditioning units, and for disposal of wastewater from drinking fountains, ice makers, humidifiers, and beverage machines.
